Women Only Workout (W.O.W)
W.O.W. group training takes into account your individual goals with exercises to improve balance, lose weight, increase core strength, range-of-motion, and boost your cardio health. Our goal is to help you feel supported and empowered in your fitness journey. The class also works on introducing lifestyle habits for healthier living, sustainable weight loss, accountability, and achieving long and short term goals. All levels are encouraged in this hour long class!

In this 1 hour class the focus is on Range of Motion, Balance, and Relaxation. This class fits well into any routine, but is especially good for injury prevention, injury recovery, surgical recovery, stress reduction, overall tight/sore muscles. A much needed and overlooked addition to any fitness routine from beginner to elite.

TRX Class - Advanced
TRX is a great way to increase your overall strength, greatly improve your core strength, tone muscles you never knew existed, and above all have a great time. This TRX class includes moves at a quick pace and is more suitable for those who have experience with TRX. We will use the TRX straps for over 90% of the workout. Focused movements at an up-tempo pace will challenge your cardiovascular system, power, and overall strength.
Buti Yoga - Deep
Low intensity, slowly flowing micro movements focusing on restoring back, abdominal, hip muscles and overall postural alignment. Great for clearing unwanted negative energy or stress from your life as well. Focused movements done at your own pace will allow you to get in a strong workout and allow you to work on your overall well being. Every 70 minute class ends with a 7 - 10 minute sound meditation.
