In this 20 minute meeting, we will talk about your health history, your current workouts, and your future health and fitness related goals. I will ask what you want to achieve by working with me. This is a good first step to starting out in a program that will get you going on the Right Track to any of your health related goals. Often we will talk about scheduling your first session, so having your calendar on hand is a useful tool.

In this 40 minute meeting, we will go more in-depth than a complimentary consult. During this assessment, we will take BF%, BMI and circumference measurements. We will also do some baseline strength and balance moves to see where you are starting. Additionally, we will talk about your current nutrition and exercise routine. When the assessment is done, you will have a few ideas on how to begin reaching your goal(s) as well as some hard data in determining your overall health and fitness. If the assessment if being used post PT (Physical Therapy) your notes from the PT will be reviewed prior to the assessment and during the assessment Range of Motion exercises will be performed and measurements of range of motion and strength will be taken.

Walk & Talk
This hour long session will include walking outside and conversation focused on you, your goals, and what might be holding you back from achieving your goals. Goals for which this type of session serves best are: Weight Loss; Compulsive over-eating; Stress eating; Emotional Overeating; Desire to break poor health habits; and others such related to these subjects. We will talk about your current nutrition and exercise routine and brainstorm ways for you to make permanent habit changes. The length of the walk will be determined by your current level of fitness.
