Amanda Eyerly, ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Amanda’s focus as a trainer is on assisting people in implementing lifestyle changes leading to better health and quality of life. She works with clients who have the following goals:
-To begin or get back into fitness
-To lose significant weight
-To be a healthier version of themselves
-To build healthier behaviors into their lives
-To manage chronic pain
Amanda is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She has also lost 25lbs and kept it off while managing chronic pain through lifestyle changes and exercise.

John Ferronato, CPT
John's goal as a trainer is to assist others in getting a better grasp on their personal health.
His strengths and focus areas are:
-Working with clients who are new or returning to working out
-Working with clients who are looking to stay active and healthy in everyday life
-Improving the functional movement of the body – ranging from basic balance improvement up to getting ready for competitive sports season.
John is certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as well as TRX Certified with Group Fitness (GFT), Functional (FTC), and Suspension (SFT) training and has his
Bachelor's degree in Business Management.

Heather Phillips, Certified Yoga Instructor
Heather started her fitness journey in 2013 as a tool to aid weight loss. She started with dance fitness and certified with AFAA in 2015 to teach group fitness. Her first yoga class was a 90's hip hop Buti Yoga class. This format immediately blew her mind. She certified in Buti Yoga in 2016. She was fortunate to attend her Vinyasa RYT 200 hour training through a 14 day Immersion with Buti Yoga in beautiful Hawaii in 2017. Heather teaches in the greater Portland Metro Oregon area at gyms and private corporations such as 24 Hour Fitness and Muv fitness. She is also certified in Buti yoga's DEEP and Pop Pilates. She is a graduate of Break Method founded by Buti yoga's creator Bizzie Gold and is currently Interning. Break Method has taught her how to diagnosis chakra imbalances and access people's energy. Heather is married and has 2 older children. Singing sets her soul on fire. She has 5 dogs and a furious love for reading. Find her on insta @fitnessinthebigworld
